Just so it's clear, mindware sessions are separate from our software engineering work, and are run by a trained PSYCH-K® practitioner. PSYCH-K® is a personal development method, not medical or psychological treatment.
Alex started CREALITYX after spending 20+ years building and leading software projects across all kinds of industries and countries. We're based in Switzerland, and we work with clients who'd rather talk directly to the person doing the work than get passed down a chain of people.
The name is built on a simple idea: good outcomes need well-built systems and clear thinking, together. That's why Alex trained as a PSYCH-K® facilitator on the side. Both crafts run on the same instinct: find what's broken, and fix it at the source.
