What to expect during a private PSYCH-K® session?

Step 1. We start the session with the most important topic(s) that you feel the need to work on. It could be anything that hinders your progress in life:

  • Past trauma

  • Feeling stuck in a particular area of life

  • Fears and obsessions

  • Interpersonal and relationship issues

  • Allergies

  • Burnout or depression

  • Chronic pain

  • Anything else that bothers you

Step 2. We identify the subconscious belief(s) that is(are) causing the problem.

Step 3. We define a new belief to be installed in your subconsciousness.

Step 4. We do a PSYCH-K® balance.

Step 5. We CELEBRATE your new belief.

Step 6. We go back to Step 1 and work on something else (if needed).
